1. Overview
At Byvra Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are accepted for orders placed through byvrawellness.com.
By purchasing from Byvra Wellness, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. How to Contact Us

All return and refund communication must be handled by email so we can keep a clear written record of your request.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, uninstalled, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The item includes all original parts, accessories, manuals, and materials
- A receipt or proof of purchase is included with the return
- The return has been approved by Byvra Wellness before the item is shipped back
Items that have been used, installed, altered, assembled, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
Do not install, assemble, use, modify, repair, or attempt to repair a product that arrives damaged or defective. Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.
Continued installation, assembly, use, modification, or attempted repair after damage is discovered may result in additional damage and may affect eligibility for a return, refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Byvra Wellness is not responsible for damage caused by installation, assembly, use, modification, or attempted repair after visible damage or a defect is discovered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and determine whether a refund, replacement, repair, parts replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.
5. Returns for Items You No Longer Want
If you decide you no longer want an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a non-damaged return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and materials.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
For approved non-damaged returns:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
- Freight charges and large-item delivery charges are non-refundable
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
- Any costs resulting from a refused delivery may be deducted from the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping, freight charges, return shipping, or other non-refundable delivery-related fees may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
6. Return Approval and Return Deadline
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
You must email us for return approval before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where the item should be sent.
The item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of the approval date. Returns not shipped within that timeframe may no longer be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the item for return shipment. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Original outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, freight charges, large-item delivery charges, and any costs resulting from refused deliveries are non-refundable.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Replacements
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability, supplier requirements, and the nature of the issue.
In some cases, replacement parts, repair support, or another resolution may be offered when appropriate.
9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please email us first so we can review your request and advise you on the best option. If the original item qualifies for return, you may be able to return it in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.
10. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items reported as damaged more than 24 hours after delivery
- Used, installed, altered, assembled, or abused items
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, neglect, or improper storage
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items missing original parts, accessories, manuals, or materials
- Items returned without a receipt or proof of purchase
- Custom sauna kits that have been assembled, installed, or built
- Salt rooms or salt saunas that have been assembled, installed, or built
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable, if applicable
11. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery without prior approval from Byvra Wellness, any refund issued may be subject to applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, original outbound shipping costs, freight charges, large-item delivery charges, and any other carrier or supplier fees related to the refused delivery.
These costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
12. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered processing, been submitted to the supplier, or shipped.
Because many orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, the order may still be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
13. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Some states may provide additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy. To the extent any part of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
