This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, order processing, tracking, delivery issues, and cancellations are handled for orders placed through byvrawellness.com.
2. Shipping Destinations
Byvra Wellness ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. International shipping availability may vary by product and supplier, and eligible destinations will be displayed at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing and Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 9 business days.
Delivery times after shipment vary by product, supplier, carrier, and destination. Most orders are delivered within approximately 7 to 21 business days, but all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because many of our products ship directly from suppliers, processing and delivery times may vary by item and destination and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, availability, or other factors outside our control may occur.
Any shipping or delivery estimates provided on the website, at checkout, or in your order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Byvra Wellness is not responsible for production delays caused by suppliers or manufacturers, or for shipping delays caused by carriers. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee outcomes or compensation for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar delivery providers, depending on the item, destination, and package size.
Some items, including oversized or freight-delivered products, may ship by specialty carrier or freight service. For freight or large-item deliveries, a delivery appointment or coordination may be required. Please ensure a valid telephone number is included with your order so that the carrier or delivery service can contact you to schedule or confirm delivery. Failure to provide a reachable telephone number may result in delivery delays or missed delivery attempts.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available. If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
If you do not receive tracking information for an order that has shipped, email us at support@byvrawellness.com.
6. Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Please also ensure a valid telephone number is provided at checkout, as carriers may need to contact you to schedule or confirm delivery. Byvra Wellness is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or missing contact information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, email us at support@byvrawellness.com and include your order number and contact information.
We will review the issue and, when possible, assist with the next steps. Delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not guaranteed grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Check around the delivery location
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Email us so we can assist with the next steps
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@byvrawellness.com. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full instructions and eligibility requirements.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your package, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details.
8. Freight and Large-Item Deliveries
Some products may ship by freight or other large-item delivery methods.
Freight charges and large-item delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible and appropriate for the item being delivered. Missed deliveries, refused deliveries, storage fees, redelivery fees, liftgate fees, appointment fees, remote area charges, or other carrier-related fees may apply depending on the product, supplier, or carrier and may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
9. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery without prior approval from Byvra Wellness, any refund issued may be subject to applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any non-refundable outbound shipping, freight charges, or delivery charges.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered processing or been submitted to the supplier.
Because many orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, the order may still be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
