The Dreampod Ice Bath Flex ships within 48 hours after payment is received, as long as the item is in stock at the U.S. warehouse. Shipping usually takes 5–8 days, depending on your delivery location.
Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require a custom shipping quote.
The Ice Bath Flex ships by curbside delivery. Dreampod uses ABF and UPS for shipping, depending on the order and destination.
The Dreampod Ice Bath Flex is backed by Dreampod’s limited Ice Bath Series warranty. Inflatable PVC material construction is covered for 6 months from the original retail purchase date. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, improper use, unauthorized modifications, unapproved components, accidents, improper setup, or failure to follow product instructions is not covered.
